  • Yangon: The world famous Shwedagon Pagoda, Downtown Area to see the land mark of city centre (Sule Pagoda), colonial area, colonial courthouse, city hall and Mahabandoola Park, Bogyoke Aung San market (close on every Monday), Botataung Pagoda, 2000 years old, said to have enshrinement of Buddha hair relic carried by 8 Indian monks, Chinatown and Night Market, Chaukhtatkyi Reclining Buddha Image and Karaweik Royal Barge on the Kandawgyi Royal Lake
  • Amarapura: Maha Gandayone monastery where we can observe the life of more than 1000 monks, a traditional Silk and Cotton Weaving workshops, U Bein Bridge (the world’s longest Teakwood Bridge,1208 meters long)
  • Mandalay: Mahamuni Buddha Image (one of the most venerable statue of Buddha covered with gold leaf), local artisan’s workshops of gold leaf making, woodcarving and marble carving, Shwenandaw Monastery (Golden Palace Monastery, noted for its exquisite woodcarving), Atumashi Monastery (the incomparable Monastery) and Kuthodaw Pagoda with its 729 marble stone slabs of Buddhist scriptures (known as the world’s biggest book) and Mandalay Hill
  • Monywar: Thanboddhay (is unique for it’s more than 580,000 Buddha images covering every wall and archway), Bodditataung Pagoda with a grove of banyan trees each with a Buddha at its foot, Kyaukka lacquer ware village, Kyaukka Shweguni Pagoda, the sandstone and ancient cave temples of the Poe Win Taung and Shwe Ba Taung
  • Pyin Oo Lwin: Purcell Tower (The clock was one of the few made in 1934 by Gillete and Johnson Co. of England in commemoration of the Silver Jubilee of the reign of King George V of Britain), Pyin Oo Lwin Market, Colonial Houses, Maha Ant Htoo Kan Thar Pagoda, Peik Chin Myaung Cave (also known as Maha Nandamu Cave), The National Kandawgyi Gardens (formerly National Botanical Gardens)
  • Hsipaw: Gokteik Bridge (the 100 yards over viaduct rail line and it was the second-highest railway bridge in the world), Hsipaw Haw (well known as Shan Lord Palace know an architectural design reminiscent of the British country home), Bawkyo Pagoda (the four Buddha images), Hsipaw’s Large Market where Shan and other tribal people from nearby villages come to trade
