  • Yangon: The world famous Shwedagon Pagoda, Downtown Area to see the land mark of city centre (Sule Pagoda), colonial area, colonial courthouse, city hall and Mahabandoola Park, Bogyoke Aung San market (close on every Monday), Botataung Pagoda, 2000 years old, said to have enshrinement of Buddha hair relic carried by 8 Indian monks, Chaukhtatkyi Reclining Buddha Image and Karaweik Royal Barge on the Kandawgyi Royal Lake
  • Bagan: Nyaung Oo Local Market, Shwezigon Pagoda, The elegant Htilominlo Temple (noted for its plaster carvings), Ananda (an architectural masterpiece of the early-style temple), Wetkyi-in Gubyaukkyi (a cave temple with exquisite jatakas murals paintings), Thatbyinnyu (the highest in Bagan, rising to 61 m), Dhammayangyi Temple (noted for its finest brickwork), Shwesandaw Pagoda (the second highest temple in Bagan), Myinkaba village and observe the process of traditional lacquer-ware, one of the best-known Myanmar handicrafts and a specialty of Bagan, the countryside village of Minnanthu

  • Mingun: Mingun pagoda – unfinished pagoda & the biggest ringing bell of 90 tons, the unusual Myatheindan pagoda
  • Mandalay: Mahamuni Buddha Image (one of the most venerable statue of Buddha covered with gold leaf), local artisan’s workshops of gold leaf making, woodcarving and marble carving, Shwenandaw Monastery (Golden Palace Monastery, noted for its exquisite woodcarving), Atumashi Monastery (the incomparable Monastery) and Kuthodaw Pagoda with its 729 marble stone slabs of Buddhist scriptures (known as the world’s biggest book) and Mandalay Hill
  • Sagaing: Sagaing Hill, the place of over 700 monasteries, Kaungmudaw Pagoda-the magnificent dome remarkably seen from far away, silverware workshop
  • Ava (Inwa): Maenu Okkyaung Monastery-built by the chief queen in 1818 for the venerable chief monk is the unique brick type building of 19th century, Nan Myint Tower-27 meters masonry high is declined due to the earthquake in 1811, Bargayar Monastery-well known for its wood carving with 267 teak pillars
  • Amarapura: Maha Gandayone monastery where we can observe the life of more than 1000 monks, a traditional Silk and Cotton Weaving workshops, U Bein Bridge (the world’s longest Teakwood Bridge,1208 meters long)
  • Pindaya: Pindaya Cave – houses 8094 Buddha Images, traditional paper & umbrella making home base cottage industry
  • Kalaw: local Market, Hnee paya – Buddha image made of bamboo, Viewpoint, Colonial Buildings
  • Inle: Lotus thread & silk weaving looms at Inn Paw Khone village, Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda; the most venerable pagoda on the lake which houses 5 images of Buddha completely gilded, Silversmith Workshops at Ywa Ma village, local 5 days Market (if open on your traveling date), floating gardens and floating villages
  • Taunggyi: Mway Taw Kakku pagodas with the magnificent collection of centuries old Buddhist stupas, Shwe Phone Pwint Paya, situated on the top of the mountain and overlooking the beauty of Taunggyi City’s views from the top of it
